摘要
发展循环经济是我国实施可持续发展战略、建设节约型社会的重要途径和实践方式。通过对市场机制、政府行为在循环经济发展中的作用与根源的探析,并根据循环经济发展的不同层次,初步探讨政府行为的具体表现,是实现经济、社会、环境协调发展的必然要求。
The development of circular economy is an important course and a practical way to implement the strategy of sustainable development and to construct an economical society. This thesis discusses the various government functions by analyzing the market mechanism and the government behavior in the circular economy and the different developing levels of the circular economy.
