摘要
仿一词造一词的仿词以其生动活泼的语言形式被人广为使用。通过仿词造词之间高度可及的认知关联,可及事物更深层次的含义。翻译是语际交际活动,整个过程包含交际和认知。根据关联理论,人类认知处理具有自动地致力于事物关联的取向,即使用最小的认知努力来得到最大可能的认知效果。以关联理论研究《红楼梦》中的仿词及其翻译,旨在证实以交际和认知为取向的关联理论在对形成译文与译文读者之间的最佳关联、为读者提供最佳语境效果方面具有极强的阐释力,对译作评价具有高度的可及性。
Nonce words with their prominent features are generally accepted in literature and the process of producing nonce words reflects the high accessibility either to the cognitive relevance or to the deep meaning of the language. Following the relevance theory, man tends to process information and gain cognitive effect with the least processing effort while the whole process of translation contains cognition and communication. Accordingly, studying the translation of nonce words in A Dream of Red Mansions in a relevance theory perspective can verify the interpreting force to the optimal relevance between the translation and its readers.
