摘要 文章讨论了润滑钻井液在人造金刚石钻进中的作用,并提出:①与清水比较,润滑钻井液既可提高也可降低钻进效率和钻头寿命;②润滑钻进液对硬岩钻进影响大,对软岩影响小;③对金刚石润滑与冷却作用好的钻进液,提高钻进效率与寿命明显;相反,则不明显,甚至起反作用.用试验方法证明了上述观点. The role of lubricant drilling fluid paid in synthetic diamond drilling is discussed. It followsthat: (1) compared with clear water, the fluid is able to increase or decreasa the drilling efficiencyand to prolong or reduce the bit life; (2) the effect of the fluid is much greater on hard rocks thanon soft ones; (3) the fluid that yields a good lubrication and cooling result for the diamond w ill distinctly raise the drilling efficienct and prolong the bit life. Otherwise, it will not, or even give a negative effect. Above-mentioned view points have been confirmed by experiments.
