摘要
探讨旅游体验管理在现代旅游业经营实践中的影响,促进现代旅游业获得持久的竞争优势,根据大量旅游体验活动和项目实例,利用定性分析法,阐述旅游体验的特点和模式。结果表明:旅游体验管理为面临竞争的旅游企业获得持久的优势指明了发展方向,对于现代旅游企业管理具有重要的现实意义。
In order to discuss the influence of tourist experience management in modern tourism and promote the lasting competitive advantages of tourist enterprises, this paper according to a lot of tourist experience activities and concrete examples shows the features and modes of tourist experience through qualitative analysis. The results indicate the developing direction in which the tourist enterprises can obtain the lasting competive advantages in tourist experience management. And it is also of great significance to the management of modern tourist enterprises.
