摘要
红叶李硬枝插穗经越冬窖藏催根,可促进下切口愈合并分化出诱生根原基。将其扦插在塑料拱棚内,成活率可达80%左右。窖藏前用IBA或NAA糊剂处理,对根原基分化和成活有明显抑制作用;用适宜浓度的REE处理,有一定促进作用。红叶李硬枝插穗不适于春季采条扦插繁殖。
In the experiment with hardwood cuttage of Prunus cerasifera var,atropurea Jaiq,the storage of the cuttings in cellar during winter could promote the differentiation of root primordia at cut and induce root primordium of the cuttings.The survival rate of the cuttings planted in the small plastic shed could reach about 80%.There were obvious re-straint effects on differentiation of root primordium and survival rate of the cuttings while treated with IBA or NAApaste before storing.But there was a promotion effect while treated with REE at suitable concentration.The hardwood cuttings of Prunus cerasifera var.atropurea Jaiq were not suitable to harvest and propagate in Spring.
