摘要
为改善复杂零件拉深成形性能,以汽车前地板件为例,在实验中通过施加不同形式的变压边力,并进行比较,得到了最优变压边力曲线。从而有效的提高了板料拉深深度,改善了壁厚均匀性分布。
The experiment was conducted for the purpose of improving the formability of complex parts. An optimized variable blank holder force (VBHF) curve was obtained by means of implementing and comparing different kinds of VBHF on the automotive front floor representing the complex parts. Effective results in the process of deep-drawing in terms of height and cup uniformity were demonstrated.
