两种类型胎儿生长受限影响因素的比较 被引量:1

COMPARISON OF INFLUENCE FACTORS BETWEEN SYMMETRIC AND ASYMMETRIC FETAL GROWTH RETARDATION

摘要 目的:探讨两种类型胎儿生长受限(FGR)影响因素的差异。方法:对185名FGR产妇(匀称型FGR132名,不匀称型FGR53名)和185名正常对照组产妇进行调查,内容包括:产妇一般情况、既往疾病史、本次妊娠情况等,用多分类Logistic回归分析比较两类FGR影响因素的差异。结果:与匀称型FGR有关的因素是产妇的产前体重(OR=0·909,P<0·01)、孕周(OR=0·526,P<0·01)、身高低(OR=3·640,P<0·05)、产妇患妊娠高血压(OR=6·193,P<0·05)和胎盘重量轻(OR=9·407,P<0·01)。与不匀称型FGR有关的因素是产前体重(OR=0·913,P<0·01)和胎盘重量轻(OR=12·781,P<0·01)。结论:两种类型FGR的影响因素不同,应分别有针对性的采取防治措施。 Objective: To compare the difference of influence factors between symmetric and asymmetric fetal growth retardation (FGR). Methods: 185 FGR cases (132 symmetric FGR and 53 asymmetric FGR) and 185 controls were inquired about their mother' s demographic, obstetric and medical factors etc. Multinomial logistic regression was conducted for identifying the influence factors of symmetric and asymmetric fetal growth retardation. Results: Antepartum weight (OR = 0. 909, P 〈 0.01), the week of gestation (OR =0.526, P〈0.01), low maternal height (OR =3.640, P〈0.05), pregnancy- induced hypertension (OR = 6.193, P 〈 0.05) and low placental weight ( OR = 9.407, P 〈 0.01 ) were significantly associated with symmetric FGR. Antrpartum weight (OR =0.913, P〈0.01) and low placental weight (OR = 12.781, P〈0.01) were significantly associated with asymmetric FGR. Conclusion: The influence factors of the two types of FGR were different and different measures sbould be taken to prevent and control the occurrence of them.
