摘要
介绍了RUP的产生和发展,RUP的优点和局限性,提出可以将XP、RUP结合起来优化开发过程的建议,达到适合不同规模、不同类型的开发组织的目的。
This paper introduces the Rational Unified Process （RUP）, analyses its merits and disadvantages, and then suggests that the Extreme Programming （XP） be combined with RUP to optimize the development process which aims to apply to various development items.
