摘要
目的:考查新药白眉蛇毒血凝酶在不同的消化道出血中的疗效。方法:将100例上消化道出血患者按不同的疾病进行分类,用白眉蛇毒血凝酶1kU,2次/d肌肉注射,连续3d。结果:对消化道出血总的有效率为90%,其中以消化性溃疡组疗效最佳,肝癌组疗效最差,总有效率分别为94.1%和40.0%。结论:白眉蛇毒血凝酶止血作用迅速可靠,无明显毒副作用,给药途径广,在临床止血治疗中值得推广应用。
Objective： To evaluate the hemostasia effect of hemocoagulase for injection in kinds of bleeding of the gastro intestinal tract. Methods： 100 patients sorted by kinds of disease were intramuscular injected with hemocoagulase for injection 1kU twice a day for 3 days. Results： The hemocoagulase for injection reacted best to the peptic ulcer with 94.1% actovoty ratio, however, worse to the liver cancer with 40.0% actovoty ratio, and the totally actovoty ratio was 90. 0%. Conclusion： Hemocoagulase for injection can response to the bleeding of the gastro intestinal rapidly without obviously side effect, therefore it is worth applying broadly in the treatment of bleeding.
