本文简述了钢体式PDC钻头的特点,并对钢体PDC与胎体PDC进行了全面比较.列举应用实例证明钢体式PDC钻头制造工艺的高度可靠性,为勘探者选择新型钻探工具提供了途径.
In this paper some features of the steel body type synthetic diamond compact bit are briefly summarized. In addition, an allround comparison between the steel body type and matrix type polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) bits is also made. Based upon practical examples of application it has
been proved that the technology of the steel body type PDC bit manufacturing is highly reliable.
