摘要
介绍了电感调频的理论基础和位移传感器的设计技术,分析了位移传感器的标定方法,并给出使用简单、数据处理方便的位移计算方法。
In this paper, the theoretical basis of inductive frequency-modulation and the design technique of displacement transducer are introduced. Also, the calibration method for displacement transducer is analyzed. The calculation methods of displacement for easier use and convenient data processing are also given in the paper.
