锅炉受热面管子超音速活性镍基复合防护涂层的试验研究

摘要 针对电站锅炉受热面管的防护,应用超音速活性喷涂系统研制镍基复合活性功能涂层。通过金相组织分析、扫描电镜检测以及X射线衍射分析,证明该涂层具有良好的组织形貌。高温腐蚀试验也说明了涂层能够耐受高温腐蚀。 Aiming at the protection of heating surface tubes of utility boilers, Ni-based alloy coating has been developed by means of the technique of high velocity activated arc (HVAA) spraying. In order to test its technical quality, metallographic structure analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test, X-ray diffraction analysis as well as high-temperature erosion test were made. The results certify that the coat can be applied to the protection of heating surface tubes.
