摘要
针对FOSTER WHEELER(F&W)公司与ALSTOM公司的300MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉各自的性能特点,从燃烧煤种范围、炉膛型式、耐火防磨材料、炉膛温度控制、外置式换热器设置、旋风分离器、空预器型式、再热温度的控制、冷渣器型式等方面作了一些介绍和比较,可为用户选择何种型式的CFB锅炉提供参考。
In the light of the characteristics of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed （CFB） boilers manufactured by FOSTER WHEELER （F＆W） and ALSTOM respectively, this paper describes and compares their applicable coal types, furnace versions, erosion protection refractory, furnace temperature control, external heat exchanger disposition, cyclone separators, air preheater types, reheat temperature control, quencher versions, etc., so as to provide reference for the selection of CFB boilers.
