摘要 针对电力市场环境中发电企业对上网清算电价预测准确度提出的新要求,分析了上网清算电价的影响因素,明确了历史清算电价信息、负荷信息、输电阻塞及市场力等因素对清算电价的影响,提出了利用多元线性回归算法进行上网清算电价预测的模型和算法。 Under the conditions of power market, power corporations have brought forward new requirements on the veracity of market clearing price (MCP) forecasting. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of MCP, definitizes the influence of bypast MCP information, load information, transmission congestion and market power, etc., and introduces the multiple linear regression arithmetic into the research of MCP modeling.
