摘要
以改进的Soave状态方程为数学模型,用收敛单元法首次对高纯氩工艺流程进行模拟计算。结合工艺流程和各设备的工作特性,成功地解决了收敛单元的选取、收敛判据和计算顺序的确定,并给出计算实例。
onvergent unit method was used to simulate high purity argon process flow at first time,the mathematical model being modified Soave state equation.Combined with the process flow and performance characteristics of various types of equipment,selection of convergent unit and determination of convergent criterion and calculating order were successfully solved.At the same time,the really calculated example was given.
