碘酸锂晶体生长过程的实时原位观察研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用MachZehnder干涉法原位实时观察了aLiIO3的晶体生长过程。以HeNe激光为光源,用阿贝折射仪测定了碘酸锂过饱和溶液的折射率。MachZehnder干涉条纹的图像数据处理表明:在静态条件下,aLiIO3晶体生长过程中固液界面边界层厚度约为0.3mm,其边界层厚度随溶液对流强度而减弱。折射率测定揭示出碘酸锂晶体饱和溶液的折射率随浓度和温度的变化呈现线性关系。 Mach-Zhehder interferometry has been used for in situ and real time observation of α LiIO 3 crystal growth processes.A refractive index in the supersaturated solution of LiIO 3 was measured by Abbe Refractometer,in which,the He Ne laser was adopted as a optical source. The results of the fringe image processing indicate that the boundary layer thickness during the α LiIO 3 crystal growth processes is about 0.3 mm and decreases with the convection strength,while the solution is in quiescent state. The results of refractive index measured show that the relationship between the refractive index and the concentration as well as the temperature in the LiIO 3 supersaturation is in linearity.
