摘要
针对变频电牵引采煤机牵引电机负荷平衡中存在的问题,提出应用专家自整定PID控制器。经MATLAB软件仿真和实际的硬件实验表明,专家自整定PID方法可使电机电流(负荷)平衡在5%的范围内,其响应速度优于原有系统。
In view of the problems exited in load balancing of traction motor for electrical haulage shearer with frequency conversion, the paper puts forward the application of expert self-adjusting PID controller. By simulation with MATLAB software and real hardware experiment, it shows that the application of expert self-adjusting PID method can control the error of motor current load balance within 5%. Besides, the system response is quicker than that of the original system.
