摘要
为了研究溶胶-凝胶方法对BNT基无铅压电陶瓷压电、介电性能的影响,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了具有单一钙钛矿结构的(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3超细粉料。研究结果表明,前驱体液的pH值控制在7~9范围内,溶胶形成温度为70℃时,可以制得均匀透明的溶胶;根据XRD研究结果,凝胶在700℃下热处理2 h后可形成单一钙钛矿结构的超细粉料。分析了材料的压电、介电性能随溶胶形成温度与烧结温度的变化。根据试验结果,认为溶胶比较适宜的形成温度为70℃,虽然溶胶-凝胶方法制备的BNT无铅压电陶瓷的介电性能受到一定的影响,但其压电性能得到了提高。
The dielectric behavior and piezoelectric properties of (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics by sol-gel method were investi- gated. According to XRD analysis, the pure perovskite phase was formed after heat treatment under 700 ℃ for 2 h. The changes of dielectric behavior and piezoelectric properties as the variety of solution forming temperature were studied in the paper. As a result, the appropriate solution forming temperature was 70 ℃. The piezoelectric properties were improved by sol-gel method.
