摘要
为使α-Al2O3纳米粉能均匀分布于镍基涂层中以达到弥散强化的目的,采用包覆沉淀法预先在纳米α-Al2O3粒子上包覆镍。并利用XRD、SEM、EDS和TEM测试手段,分析了包覆粉的物相和形貌,研究了沉淀剂的加入方式、表面活性剂等反应条件对包覆效果的影响。研究表明,PEG2000能有效改善Al2O3粒子在电解质溶液中的分散性;沉淀剂以雾化的方式加入可以使Ni盐优先在Al2O3颗粒上形核,减少其自发形核,制备出包覆效果较好的包覆复合粉。该复合粉可改善纳米α-Al2O3与镍基涂层的相容性,提高涂层的耐磨性。
In order to make nano α phase Al2O3 powders uniformly distribute into the Ni-based coat, the preparation of nano Nicoated Al2O3 compositepowders was studied in this article. The nano Ni-coated Al2O3 powders were characterized with sev-eral techniques such as XRD,SEM,EDS and TEM to determine particle size, composition, phase and morphology. The effects of the mixed style of the precipitator and different surfactants were studied. The results indicated that PEG2000 could improve the dispersivity of the nano-Al2O3 particle in the solution. Spraying the precipitator into the reagent suspension made it possible that the nickel precursor precipitated on the nano-Al2O3 particle instead of spontaneous nucleation. The coated nano-Al2O3 particle improved the wetting property of the nano-Al2O3 in the Ni-based coating and improved the abrasive resistance of the coating.
