摘要
研制了炭黑填充的导电硅橡胶。对炭黑填充的导电硅橡胶的电阻随炭黑含量及拉力变化的特性进行了详细研究，并确定了最佳炭黑含量，同时对其电阻值的弛豫过程及其电阻随拉力的变化关系等实验结果作出比较合理的理论模型解释。
In this paper,a conductive rubber with carbon black fillers was prepared. The dependence of the resistance on the content of carbon black and the tensile of the conductive rubber with carbon black fillers were studied in detail. The best content of carbon black was determined. The experiment results for the diectrical resistance relaxation process and the dependence of electrical resistance on the tensile force have been explained reasonably by means of a theoritical model.
