摘要
伴随着新经济时代的到来,企业的“短寿”现象日趋明显,造成社会资源大量浪费。如何实现企业的可持续发展成为企业管理研究的重点课题。企业的可持续发展关键是核心竞争力的可持续发展。本文提出通过建立学习型组织以实现企业核心竞争力的可持续发展,并提出了学习型组织建立过程中的几个关键问题。
With the developing of economic, the "shot age" of enterprises becomes a waste of social resource increasingly. How to carry out the continuous development of enterprises had become a focused problem. The key of continuous development is the continuous development of the Core Competence. In this paper, we will talk about how to realize the continuous development of enterprises through the foundation of learning organization. Several key problems about the foundation of Learning organization will be given in this paper.
