摘要
当前的一些产品开发模式和生产制造哲理如大批量定制、并行工程、网络化制造等等,分别从各个不同的侧面致力于提高产品开发效率,缩短产品上市时间。为了将这些哲理应用于产品开发过程,并对现代产品开发过程进行有效管理和协调,需要一种协同产品开发组织和管理模式对其提供支撑。基于此,文中引入了协同产品开发链的概念。本文首先介绍了现代产品开发过程的特点,讨论了协同产品开发链的主要内容及其技术支撑体系;然后分析了协同产品开发链的内涵,介绍了产品开发链的多视图概念模型以及协同控制机制;最后讨论了协同产品开发链系统的工作模式,研究了大批量定制技术与协同开发链的联系,指出产品开发链可视为大批量定制开发模式的实施载体。
Current many product development pattern and production theory, such as mass customization （MC）, concurrent engineering（CE） and networked manufacturing, are used to improve product development efficiency and shorten product lead-time. In order to make these theories used in product development and manage development process, a new framework for collaborative development organization and management is needed. So, this paper proposes the concept of collaborative product development chain （CPDC）. Firstly, this paper introduces some characteristics of modern product development process, and analyzes CPDC＇s main contents and relative technologies; Then the implication of CPDC is discussed and multi-view concept model is presented. Development task is the core of collaborative control in CPDC and collaborative principle is introduced. Finally, the working process of CPDC is proposed. The intrinsic relation between MC pattern and CPDC is studied, which indicates that CPDC is implementation object of MC pattern.
