摘要
只有通过对价值链的分析研究,才能够真正了解企业竞争优势的各种来源。本文论述了价值链与竞争优势之间的关系,着重强调了企业竞争优势的获得必须综合考虑价值链上的所有相关活动和环节,同时不断地改进、调整及完善价值链,获取并保持竞争优势。
Various sources to the superiority of enterprise competition can be really known only by studying and analyzing value chain, This paper describes the relationship between value chain and the superiority of competition, and stresses that all the relevant activities and links of the value chain must be considered comprehensively for gaining the superiority of enterprise competition, and the value chain shall be developed, adjusted and completed at the same time to gain and keep the superiority of competition.
