摘要
一向被认为廉价劳动力接近于“无限供给”的我国,近两年来也出现了民工短缺问题,即“民工荒”现象。“民工荒”的出现有很多社会原因,本文认为其中一个尤其重要的原因是企业违反用工标准,对劳动力资源的掠夺性使用造成的。SA8000标准体系的具体内容实质上是有关劳工权益保护的,通过政府相关部门制定有效的政策,引导企业真正主动地推行该标准体系具有重要的现实意义,有助于调整和改善劳动关系,一定程度上缓解“民工荒”现象。
Cheap labor is always thought to supply limitlessly in China. However, in the recent two years, shortage of farmer workers has appeared, which has many social reasons. The author thinks the important reason is that some enterprises violate the labor standard and have a predatory use for workforce resources. The key contents of SA8000 are related to the protection of labor rights and interests. The government may take effective measures to guide enterprises to positively carry out the standard, which has advantage for adjusting and improving work relations and has the practical significance.
