摘要
对天津市节能建筑的供暖能耗进行了分析,节能建筑的节能效果显著,但用户没有因购买节能住宅获得经济效益。分析了节能建筑供暖收费中存在的问题,提出了解决方法。在分户计量收费广泛实施之前,可对节能建筑进行节能分级,分级制定节能建筑的热价是解决节能建筑供暖收费中存在问题的可行方法。
The energy consumption for heating energy-saving buildings in Tianjin is analyzed. Though the energy-saving effect of energy-saving buildings is remarkable, the house owners cannot obtain the economic benefit due to purchase of the energy-saving building. The problems existing in charge for heating energy-saving buildings are analyzed, and the relevant solutions are put forward. The energy-saving buildings should be classified on energy-saving before wide implementation of individual metering charge. The classification determination of heat price for energy-saving buildings is a feasible method for solving the problems existing in charge for heating energy-saving buildings.
