摘要
采用悬浮聚合法合成聚甲基丙烯酸十八酯,研究了聚合温度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量及种类对吸油树脂性能的影响。结果表明,当80℃反应6h、引发剂质量分数为0.7%、交联剂二乙烯基苯质量分数为0.3%时,所得树脂综合性能较好。
Polystearylmethacrylate was prepared by means of suspension polymerization. The effects of polymerizing temperature, the content of initiator and the content and variety of crosslinking agent on the property of the oil absorption resin were studied. The results showed when the mass fraction of DVB was 0.3wt%, that of BPO was 0.7wt %, and at 80 ℃ for 6 h, the overall property of the prepared resin was the optimum.
