摘要 通过对CODC r(化学需氧量,Chem ical Oxygen Dem and)、絮凝固相物、色度及透光率等指标的分析,研究了Fe3+和A l3+对养牛场废水的絮凝预处理效果。结果显示:Fe3+、A l3+絮凝处理能有效降低污水中的有机负荷,实现固液分离。随着絮凝剂浓度的增大,水中CODC r和色度均逐步降低,絮凝固相物质量逐步升高。当Fe3+和A l3+浓度为11.25 mmol.L-1时,CODC r去除率分别达到89.13%和82.61%;A l3+作为絮凝剂时,色度(稀释倍数)从1000降低到75,透光率从2.5%增加到73.8%。;当Fe3+和A l3+浓度从2.50 mmol.L-1增加到11.25 mmol.L-1时,絮凝固相物质量分别增加到原来的2.66倍和2.86倍。实验证明:Fe3+、A l3+絮凝预处理养牛场废水效果显著,将其用于养牛场废水的预处理,可缩短处理周期、缩小构筑物容积、减少占地面积,从而降低处理成本,为实现养牛场废水以及类似水质废水的快速处理提供理论依据。 The coagulation effect of Fe^3+ and Al^3+ on cattle farm wastewater was studied by CODcr( Chemical Oxygen Demand)Cr, sediment flocculent, chromaticity and luminousness. The results indicate that the coagulation pretreatment could decrease the organic load of the wastewater and achieve the separation of solid and liquid. As the increasing of flocculant concentration, CODCr and chromaticity of the wastewater decrease while the quality of flocculated sediment increase gradually. As the concentration of Fe^3+ or Al^3+ is 11.25 mmol · L^-1, the removal ratio of CODCr up to 89.13% or 82.61%. When Al^3+ was used as the flocculant, the chromaticity (dilution multiple) decreased from 1000 to 75, while the transmittance increase from 2.5% to 73.8%. When the flocculant concentration increased from 2.50 mmol · L^-1 to 11.25 mmol · L^-1, the quality of flocculated sediment increased from 1.40 g and 1.18 g to 3.73 g and 3.38 g respectively. Therefore coagulation pretreatment could short the periods of disposal, decrease the acreage of using - land, and then decrease the whole cost and lay a foundation for the fast disposal of dairy waste water and other kinds of waster water.
