摘要
探讨了化学激发剂Na2CO3对高掺量矿渣水泥的力学及耐久性能的影响。研究结果证明:在矿渣掺量达70%的情况下,以1.5%Na2CO3作为激发剂可显著改善高掺量矿渣水泥的力学性能,28 d的抗折强度提高了25%,且该高掺量矿渣水泥的耐久性能如安定性、水化热、抗硫酸盐腐蚀均优于纯硅酸盐水泥。
The mechanical properties and durability of chemically activated high range slag cement were studied. The chemical activator is Na2CO3 with incorporation rate from 0.5% to 2.0%. The content of slag is 70%. The test results show that the incorporation of Na2CO3 into high range slag cement can significantly improve its mechanical properties, and the optimum content of Na2CO3 is 1.5%. Compared with pure Portland cement, the durability of the high range slag cement such as soundness, heat of hydration and resistance to sulfate attack have been significantly improved.
