摘要
对不同强度的钢筋混凝土和钢管混凝土的经济效益进行了分析。分析结果表明:在支撑相同荷载的前提下,混凝土强度越高,造价越低。钢管超高强混凝土的造价比C60、C40钢筋混凝土的造价分别降低28.8%和36.7%;混凝土强度越高,其钢管混凝土的造价越低。在钢管壁厚和钢材强度相同的前提下,混凝土强度为116 MPa的钢管超高强混凝土的造价比30 MPa、54 MPa、83 MPa的钢管混凝土分别降低了30.3%、18.7%和11.5%,横截面积分别减小了54.9%、38.8%、21.5%。
The economic benefits of the steel tubular concretes and the steel reinforced concretes with different strength grades in constructions were compared. The results show that under the same supporting load, the cost of the steel reinforced and tubular concretes decreases as their concrete strength grade increases. The cost of the ultra-high strength concrete filled-steel tubular columns reduces than that of the C60 and C40 steel reinforced concrete by 28.8% and 36.7% respectively. Under the same steel tubular wall thickness and steel strength, the cost of the ultra-high strength concrete filled-steel tubular columns with the 116MPa strength lessens than that of the steel tubular concrete with 30 MPa, 54MPa and 83MPa by 30.3% ,18.7% and 11.5% respectively, and the cross section area of them decreases by 54.9%, 38.8% and 21.5% respectively.
