摘要
采用传统固相法合成了亚微米级PZT95/5粉末,根据超细粉末难以烧结的特点,利用等静压技术的成型优点,通过选取合理的烧结制度,1200℃实现烧结,成功制备了系列孔隙率的多孔PZT陶瓷,制品晶粒尺寸为2~3μm,孔隙率为5%~28%。研究发现,合成粉料性质、成型工艺及烧结气氛与孔结构的形成密切相关。
The ultra-fine PZT95/5 powders were synthesized by conventional solid-state reactive process. Due to ultra-fine powder is difficult to sintering, a series of porous PZT ceramics were prepared by CIP and appropriate sintering system. The grain size of powders is 2 - 3μm, porous rate is 5% - 28%. The results indicate that the performance of synthesizing powders, molding and atmosphere pellet is related with forming of porous structure. The sample can be sintered at 1200℃ for 2.5 hours by using the method mentioned.
