摘要
高校学报在传播高校教学、科研成果方面发挥着不可替代的重要作用,也在很大程度上肩负着中国期刊走向世界、创建品牌的重大历史责任。没有特色的期刊,不仅无法吸引国内学术界的注意,同样也不可能获得国际学术界的关注。学科建设,尤其是重点学科建设的发展是构筑高校学报特色化的基础。学报应充分挖掘学报为学科建设服务的职能,积极争取学校政策,创造合适的学报特色发展外部环境;坚持学报的学科不对称发展策略,以服务于学报特色的建立和发展;紧密联系为地方经济建设服务的方针,拉近学科建设与市场的距离,为学报特色发展创造良好的社会支撑;培育新学科,创建新特色;做好学报特色栏目的作者队伍建设。实现学报特色化与学校学科特别是重点学科、特色学科两者的可持续发展。
Some problems emerging in the process of university journal development are analyzed, and the concept of characteristic development based on disciplinary construction is put forward. The relation between and significance of development of both are discussed, which proves that the relation should be a benign and interactive one. On this basis, 5 methods are presented regarding how to strengthen the characteristic development of university journals.
