摘要
为了适应国家建设和大学发展的需要,我国理工院校人文社会科学学报呈现出快速发展的态势。但是与综合大学及师范类院校的同类学报相比,其整体水平仍然较低。理工类院校要办好人文社科学报,应该充分发挥自身优势,扬长避短,以质量建设作为学报生存的保证,以特色办刊作为学报发展的支点,以队伍建设作为学报可持续快速、健康发展的条件。
To meet the demands of state construction and institutional development, colleges and universities of science and engineering in China are publishing their own journals in humanities and social science one after another. However, due to both subjective and objective reasons, these journals, as a whole, are not so developed as those run by comprehensive or normal universities. It＇ s proposed that, to raise the quality of their journals in humanities and social science, colleges and universities of science and engineering must exploit to the full their favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable ones, take quality as the guarantee of journal survival, spare no effort to build up editing team, and constantly introduce unique features into their journals.
