摘要
科技期刊编辑的创新素质是编辑核心竞争力的标志,也是决定科技期刊质量高低的关键。本文围绕如何培养科技期刊编辑的创新素质这一问题,从突破思想局限、利用信息优势和提高编辑技术三个方面进行了探讨。
The innovation capability of sci-tech periodical editors is a significant part of core competitiveness of editors and determines the quality of sci-tech periodicals. This paper discusses how to cultivate the innovativeness of sci-tech periodical editors by breaking through outdated mentality, making use of information advantages and sharpening editing skills.
