摘要
针对国际出版环境下科技期刊的发展趋势,从理念创新、体制创新、资源创新、结构创新、人本创新、技术创新、市场意识创新七个方面论述新时期科技期刊的创新思路。
In light of the development trend of global publication environment, this paper elaborates on the innovation of sci-tech journals from seven aspects, namely, philosophy, system, resource, structure, personnel, technology, and market consciousness.
