摘要
利用武汉钢铁(集团)公司热轧厂1700热连轧机大生产实测数据,对热轧带钢T52L的最佳化成分设计及控轧控冷工艺进行研究,优化T52L钢的化学成分,着重分析化学成分、轧制工艺对带钢屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率及冷弯性能的影响,同时进行性能控制的相关研究,建立T52L钢的力学性能控制模型,为工业化生产提供理论依据。
Aided by the actual measurement of 1 700 mm continuous hot rolling production in WISCO, this paper studies the optimized ingredient design, control rolling and control cooling of hot-rolled strip steel T52L. It optimizes the T52L' s chemical constitution and analyses the influence of chemical constitution and rolling technology on yield strength, tensile strength, elongation percentage and cold bent performance. On this basis, it has discussed how to control the performance and construct the mechanical property control model of T52L steel, with the aim of providing theoretical guidance for industrial production.
