摘要
利用FDTD方法对ACPW的色散特性进行了计算与分析,给出了计算ACPW的FDTD全空间计算模型,取高斯脉冲的激励,选择Mur二阶吸收边界条件,计算得出几种结构的ACPW的特性阻抗Z0(ω),并绘出了Z0随频率变化的曲线.计算结果与测试值取得了良好的一致性.
Dispersion characteristic of asymmetrical coplanar waveguide (ACPW) using finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method is presented, a FDTD-model of ACPW is advanced, and the transient propagating waveforms along the ACPW, which are excited by retarded Gaussian pulse, are found in the time domain. After the time-domain field distributions are obtained,frequency-domain parameters such as characteristic impedance Zo are calculated using Fourier transformations. The results agree well with available theoretical and experimental data over a wide frequency range.
