摘要
目的:探索吉林产贝母生物碱的最佳提取方法,为吉林产贝母生物碱成分的定性定量分析提供有效的方法。方法:利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对吉林产贝母的生物碱成分进行定性定量研究。结论:结果表明吉林产贝母药材的不同溶剂及不同方法提取液的HPLC图谱有显著差异。经氯仿:甲醇(4:1)混合溶剂索式提取的贝母药材HPLC图谱效果最好,其它次之。HPLC方法简便,快捷,结果可靠,灵敏度高,可用于贝母药材的质量控制。
Aim： Search for the optimum extract method of Fritillaria Jilin in order to provide to effective method for qualitative analysis of alkaloids of Fritillaria Jilin. Methods： In this paper, the nature and quantity of Fritillaria Jilin＇s component were studied by using of HPLC. Conclusion： The HPLC spectra of Fritillaria Jilin, extracted with different solvents and methods have notable difference. Furthermore, we found the best HPLC spectrum of Fritillaria Jilin was soxhlet method with the solvent of chloroform and methanol （4 ： 1 ）, the others were no better than it. The method of the HPLC has a lot of advantages, such as simple, shortcut, credible, sensitive and it can be used in controlling the Fritillaria Jilin＇s quality.
