摘要
采用高效液相色谱分析杀虫杀螨剂哒螨灵。其标准曲线方程为ｙ＝０．００６５＋２．００２７ｘ，相关系数为０．９９９９。方法平均回收率为９９．７５％，标准偏差为０．２８。变异系数为０．３１％。
A new method was developed for the determination of pyridaben by HPLC. The method was in accordance with the calibration curve formula of y=0. 0065+ 2. 0027x and relative coefficient of 0. 9999. The results showed that the average recovery,variation coefficient and standard deviation were 99.75%, 0.31% and 0.28, respectively.
