摘要
钢铁产业是资金密集型和技术密集型产业,且工艺和装备具有长流程、大型化和自动化等特点,要想提高武钢的国际竞争力,集团化经营和国际化经营是必由之路,集团化是国际化的基础。“做大做强”成为钢铁行业全球性共识。武钢应积极寻求钢铁企业之间的集团化兼并、策略性重组、区域性联盟,争取在国家宏观调控中抢占最佳“位势”。
The steel and iron industry is a capital- intensive and technology- intensive industry, with the characteristic of long flow, large - scale and automatic craft and equipment. So, in order to enhance the international competitiveness, WISCO must take the way of collectivization management and internationalization management. To enlarge and strengthen the iron and steel industry becomes a mutual idea of the whole world. WISCO should positively carries on the groups merger, strategic reorganization and regional alliance, to grasp the opportunity in the national macroeconomic regulation and control.
