摘要
高校考试工作在考前复习、考试过程、评阅试卷及补考等阶段还或多或少存在一些问题,原因在于教育存在偏差、部分监考老师监考不力、学生学习动力不足等。针对这些问题,应加强对考试工作的组织和领导,完善考试制度,加强考风考纪和诚信教育,严格考场纪律,加强考试改革,以全面提高教育质量。
As for the work of exams in universities there are some problems in the course of reviewing, exam-taking, paper-marking as well as makeup exam-taking, which result from inproper education, irresponsibility of monitoring teachers and students＇ lack of motive for study. To solve the problems,it is vital to strengthen leadership and organization work of exams, to improve exam system, to emphasize moral principles,to reform exams and attach importance to quality education.
