摘要
本文报导了小麦种子受赤霉菌侵染后,胚乳醇溶蛋白质的变化特点。通过定量分析和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析表明,受病麦粒的醇溶蛋白质含量减少,降低程度随受害程度加重而增大;醇溶蛋白质的组份没有明显改变,即醇溶蛋白质的电泳带数目没有变化;只是蛋白带的染色强度有不同程度下降。
The Paper reports that the changes in glidian in Wheat Seeds infected by F graminearum. The results from quantitative and PAGE alynasis show that the content of glidian in the infected,heat seeds decreas with the disease severity increasing; The composition of glidian in the diseased,heat seeds does not change, namely. no new bands of glidian occurred.
