摘要
本文利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对１９个西瓜供试品种的花粉外部形态进行了观察。得知：西瓜花粉四分体为正四面体型，花粉互相排列的关系符合“Ｆｉｓｈｅｒ”规律。成熟花粉粒为单粒；花粉粒为圆球型；极面观为正圆形；花粉萌发孔以孔沟为主，大部分品种有三孔沟出现；供试品种均有孔盖结构。
The Pollen morphology of l9 Cultivars in watermellon was exammed under lightmicroscope and scarming dectron microscope. The main results are as follows:The pollen tetrad is the shape of tetrahedron and the relationship of each pollon in the sametet rehedron follow the Fiqcher law The ripen pollen is along The pollon grains spheroida L. Polaraxis 57.47～55.74μm long,e-quatiorial axis 52.56～50.79μm long,3-Colporate and 4-COL-Porate. The pollon has colpatecover in allcultivars.
