摘要
用-0.4MPa(15%)PEG6000处理板栗实生苗,间隔4h取样测叶片组织水势、可溶性糖及糖组分。在34h胁迫期间共取样10次。其结果为:中度胁迫可溶性总糖积累;可溶性总糖中含有6个组分,其中1~5号组分在轻度胁迫期间发生少量积累;6号组分在中度胁迫期间大量积累,与可溶性总糖积累过程一致。
Chestnut seedling were immersed in 0.4MPa PEG6000 for 0 h to 34h Water potentialand soluble sugar were cletermined every 4h.The experiments indicated that there are six mainsoluble sugar compositions of chestnut leaves The sugar compositions have a series of correspond-ing changes during water stress.the totoal souuble sugar was accumulated as stressed time goes onand reached the maximum vatue when the seedlings Were under water stress for 22h
