摘要
小麦种子在渗透胁迫条件下萌发时,其种子蛋白质变化与萌发成苗密切相关。种子萌发初始时间推迟,萌发率下降,种苗生长缓慢,是渗透胁迫抑制种子萌发成苗的直观表现。而种子胚乳清蛋白积累少,导致胚乳贮藏蛋白降解慢和种胚中蛋白质各组分含量低,则是渗透胁迫抑制种子萌发成苗的内在主要因素之一。
The protein changes of wheat seed was closely related to seed germination and seedlings during germination in osmotic stress. Seed germination and seedlings was inhibited in osmotic stress, starting time of germination delayed,germination rate dropped and embryo axis was growing slow. The osmotic stress that inhibited germination really inhibited metabolism of seed proteins,In osmotic stress,the contents of soluble proteins markedly decreased in endosperm while storage proteins accumulated in endosperm and all compositon of protein declined in embry-o.
