摘要
本文介绍了采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶分离ＲＡＰＤ产物，以及凝胶银染技术。与传统的溴化乙锭染色法相比，银染法染色灵敏而清晰，具有广泛的推广应用价值。
Techniques of separating RAPD products by polyacrylamide gels and staining,thegels by nitrate silver are introdticed in this paper.Compared with common method of ethidiumbromide staining,silver staining is sensitive aiid clearly discernible,which is valuable for wideextension and practical apply.
