摘要
本文用聚类分析法将21个生理生化指标对北京地区6个冬小麦品种在水分胁迫条件下的抗旱性进行了分析。结果表明,与品种抗旱性呈极显著相关性关系的生理生化指标为饱和水分亏、保水力、丙二醛、可溶性糖和超氧化物歧化酶。在小麦不同生育期,各成分主次有别,依此对所选品种的抗旱性进行了排序。
Twenty-one physiological and biochemical indexes of drought resistance of wheatvarieties were analvsed bv cluster classification method under water stress. The results showedthat the drought resistance of wheat varieties was correlated with the following indexes,i.eWSD,water conservation ability,malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase and soluble sugar.Theimportance of the indexes ranked differently in different development stages. Based on the clus-ter analysis,the drotight resistance of wheat varieties selected was arranged.
