摘要
为研究中药新型促孕灌注液(NFPL)防治母畜子宫内膜炎的机理和进一步改进组方,以NFPL为基本方,分别添加清热、活血和补气中药组成3个加味方,用多道生理信号采集处理系统测定了4个复方及其组分药对家兔在体子宫运动的影响.结果表明,NFPL、方1(NFPL+黄芩)和方2(NFPL+丹参)显著促进子宫运动,且以早期和中期作用明显.NFPL和方1既显著增加子宫收缩波幅又增加收缩频率,方2显著增加收缩波幅;而方3(NFPL+黄芪)则显著降低子宫收缩频率.这些与其组分药红花、黄柏、淫羊藿和益母草等对子宫运动的影响有关.
In order to study the mechanism of new fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid （NFPL） in controlling dam endometritis and to improve the prescription of NFPL, 3 additive prescriptions were composed respectively by adding drugs of reducing fever, promoting blood circulation and replenishing vital energy （Qi） taking NFPL as base. The effects of four prescriptions and their constitutions on uterus movement of rabbit in vivo were mensurated by multichannel physiological signal treatment system. The resuits showed that NFPL, prescription 1 and prescription 2 promoted uterus movement significantly, which were stronger during forepart and middle after infusion. NFPL and prescription 1 could enhance not only amplitude but also frequency of uterus contraction, and prescription 2, only amplitude. However prescription 3 added Radix Astragali decreased the contraction frequency significantly. These were contributed by their constitutions such as safflower, cortex phellodendri, epimedium, motherwort and so on.
