摘要
激光晶体消光比是衡量激光晶体性能优劣的重要指标之一。从提高测量精度和测试仪器使用寿命角度出发研究了一种新的测试方法。使用半导体激光器作为光源取代传统测量方法中的氦氖激光器,采用直接调制的方法,输出一个2 kHz的调制信号。利用选频放大电路和数据采集卡进行信号处理,取代了原有的检流计,从而降低干扰,提高了测试仪的可靠性和稳定性。
Extinction ratio of laser crystal is one of the important targets to measure capability of laser crystal. A new measuring method is studied for improving the measuring precision and the using life-span of testing instrument. The modulating sign of 2 KHZ is put out by using semiconductor laser. We can reduce the interference and improve the reliability and stability of the measure.
