卵磷脂络合碘对CSC激光治疗后黄斑水肿吸收的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察卵磷脂络合碘片对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)激光治疗后黄斑水肿吸收的影响。方法将确诊CSC并行氩激光光凝治疗的患者86例(86眼)分为碘剂组和对照组,给予碘剂组口服卵磷脂络合碘片,分别于1、2、3、4周观察治疗效果。结果光凝治疗后2周碘剂组患者视功能恢复正常为97·7%,对照组为34·9%。碘剂组患者黄斑水肿完全吸收为97·7%,对照组为39·5%。3周、4周时2个组均恢复良好,无统计学差异。结论激光光凝治疗CSC是安全有效的方法,口服碘剂对光凝后视力恢复及黄斑水肿吸收有明显的促进作用。 Objective Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) is known to have a course-limited tendency, but laser photocoagulation can shorten its pathologic process. How to reduce the time of macular edema after laser is a critical problem for the improvment of vision acuity of patients. The present work was to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of lecithin-bound iodine (jolecthin) on CSC following laser photocoagulation. Methods Eight-six eyes of 86 patients with CSC underwent argon laser photoeoagulation. These patients were randomly divided into treated group and control group. Forty-three patients of them were treated with oral lecithin-bound iodine, and other patients were not been treatment after laser. All the patients were followed up on a schedule of the 1st week,2nd week,3rd week and 4th week after laser to observe the vision status and the absorbing time of maeular edema. Results The vision acuity was obviously improved in 42 eyes (97. 7% ) in iodine group 2 weeks after photocoagulation and 15 eyes was improved in control group with the recovery rate only 34.9% . The macular edema was completely absorbed 2 weeks following photocoagulation in 42 eyes (97.7%) in iodine group and that in control group was 17 eyes(39. 5% ). No significant difference was seen in the eye numbers of recovery of vision acuity, and absorption of macular edema between two groups were seen at the 3rd week and 4th week after laser(43,43,43 and 43 eyes versus 38,41,40,41 eyes, respectively). Conclusion Argon laser photocoagulation was a safe and effective treatment for CSC. Lecithin-bound iodine can accelerate the recovery of visual acuity and promote the absorption of macular edema obviously.
