摘要
利用相位模板,在248nmKrF准分子激光器光束的照射下,在国产高掺锗单模光纤中制作出了中心波长为1547nm,峰值反射率约为10%,带宽为0.64nm的折射率调制光纤布拉格光栅。
The fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) in domestic monomode photosensitive optical fibers were prepared in terms of a 248nm KrF excimer laser and a phase mask. Some FBGs with the reflectivity of 10% and the bandwidth of 0. 6nm were obtained.
